There is a huge pig under there cooking to perfection!
And one cannot go to Hawaii and not go to a Luau. We went to the Old Lahaina luau which is one of the most authentic luaus on the Island. The food and entertainment was amazing. We saw how they cook the pig for the luau in an underground fire pit, listened to the stories of the Hawaiian culture and of course watched a lot of dancing. It was a great night!
