Church Classes

Brynn's Class (teachers: Brother and Sister Barger)
Peyton's Class (teacher: Sister Blau)
My cute Primary class
Landen's Nursery (leaders: The Fries's and Thayne)

I took my camera to church on Sunday to get pictures of the kids with their classes. The pictures are awful, I was in such a hurry, but oh well! I love my little primary class, they are so cute! And I have one of the best teaching partners, Kari!

Winter Party

I got the opportunity to help with Peyton's class. They had their Winter party and made bags to put their Valentine's in. It was fun to watch Peyton with all his classmates. They had some yummy treats too, Peyton said that was the BEST classroom party. He's so funny, I think everything he does is always the BEST.

Moms and Muffins

Last week was Moms and Muffins. The school has Moms and Muffins once and year and Mom's get to come to the school before school starts and we eat muffins with our school kids and then we read an A.R. book with our kids and we help them test on it at school. It was fun to see Peyton and I can't believe how well he does on the computer. It is amazing what the kids can do these days!

Tooth Number Two!!

Peyton lost his second tooth! He was sick with a fever and had a head-ache and he had woken up in the middle of the night needing more medicine and he told me that he had lost his tooth during the night! He was really excited. Brynn was playing with his tooth and she ended up loosing it, so he was really sad that the tooth-fairy wasn't going to come. But guess what!...she came anyways. He was super happy with his dollar. He wants to go to the Dollar Store soon.

More Wedding Pics!

I love Tyler's arm around Zach!

(Sorry this is going to be out of order!)
I took these from my cousin, Leslie's blog. I forgot to post some of these same pics that I had. I guess I was in a hurry to catch up! I realized I didn't go into very much detail about the wedding either. (this is for my journal, remember?) Tyler, Jonathan (Kailyn had to work), and I all rode down with mom to Orlando. On the way down we got stuck in traffic for about an hour because of a wreck, so I used Tyler's and Jonathan's phones and texted everyone I knew, just to get someone to talk to me. And then we played the Alphabet game and Tyler BARELY won, the punk! When we get down there, we go to Bass Pro (surprise, surprise) and Jonathan insists on going to his favorite Brazilian restaurant. But when we get there we realize we don't want to pay so much for lunch when we are going to eat after the wedding with everyone, so we go to this Brazilian bakery and oh-my-gosh, it is amazing. We eat these sandwiches on homemade french bread and I pick up this random dessert with a filling and coconut and it was so good! Cheap too, my meal cost 3.00 dollars! Anyways, we hed to the temple and Whitney (Adam's sister) calls me and says that they are stuck in traffic and wants me to see if they can delay the endowment session for a little bit. Needless to say, they didn't hold the session and Aunt Gwynn had to miss out on the endowment, but she made it for the sealing at least! The ceremony was really good and I really enjoyed their sealer. Afterwards we ate at the Outback and I actually rode home with my girl cousins and Zach (I opted to not ride home with Tyler thinking that he was just going to sleep the whole way home anyways). I ended up paying for that one later!

Karson's face looked so bad, poor guy! (It was ten times bigger later that night!)
Chris getting some air

We took our kids sledding this last weekend with friends and I have to say we have seen better sledding days. The snow was like ice and you would sail right down the hill and at the bottom of that said hill there was a wood fence that we would have to stop the kids from hitting because they didn't know how to bail off the sled. And you would get knocked down in the process of trying to stop them. I had to bail off one time going pretty fast and I was dying, it hurt so bad. Little Karson came down without telling anyone and no one saw him (they were watching Tyler and I go over a jump in the tube) and he ran right smack into the fence. His little face immediately swelled and bruised. It was so sad, but he barely cried and wanted to go again. While we were watching everyone get knocked down and hurt, I joked that this sledding was an extreme sport. Aside from the injuries though, it was fun. But I am ready to go when the snow is soft and powdery and is higher than that fence!

Ice in the Ditch=Lots of Fun

Landen wasn't sure about the ice

Peyton came home off the bus on Friday and was excitedly telling me that the neighbors had told him that they were going to come and play in the ditch by our house and wanted him to come along. Our ditch has completely frozen over, so I took all three kids to go and play. They had a blast! And who would have known that falling hard on ice (and sometimes on your head) would be so much fun. Landen and I watched safely from the snow bank. The kids had fun trying to walk and when they would slip and fall they would just laugh and laugh. The neighbor kids were sure fun to play with too!
