Copper Basin

Tyler and some of his friends all went camping for a weekend at Copper Basin. Each of them took their own boys so it was a boys trip in the mountains. There was a lot of fishing of course and 4-wheeler riding. My boys had such a blast up there. Hopefully, they will make this an annual thing. :)

We took the kids on the river to let them tube and weight- board behind the boat. They absolutely loved tubing but had a hard time getting up on the weight-board. They all gave it a good effort though!

Sidewalk Chalk

For our Mutual activity we sidewalk chalked the bishopric and stake president's driveways. It was a lot of fun sneaking around, even though we got caught at Cade's house. The girls had a blast. They are so much fun and such great girls. I love being their leader!

Relief Society Bike Ride

For our monthly Relief Society activity we rode bikes to Minidoka Dam and had a BBQ. It was so much fun! They said that it was going to be 4 miles one-way but it ended up being 6 1/2 miles one way. So we had a nice 13 mile bike ride. Other than Nic being attacked by a dog and then getting an assignment from the bishop that we were going to speak that Sunday in Sacrament meeting; it was an amazing night!

Fishing with Dad

Tyler and the kids woke up one Saturday morning and went fishing. The kids had a blast trolling for trout. They were quite the fishermen. Tyler said every fishermen near them could hear the kids hollering when they caught a fish. They would get so excited. Needless to say, the other avid fishermen stayed away. The kids had so much fun.

Happy 4th of July!

I was sad that I wasn't going to be able to be in Florida for the 4th this year. My kids were bummed too but we ended up having an awesome day! We started off the day in Albion and watched the parade and attended their festivities. Afterwards we headed down to the Peterson barn on the river and had a blast! Between the water slide, the awesome food, kayaking, and playing volleyball it was certainly a day to not miss out on!

Girl's Camp 2013

After I got back from vacation we had a Stake Girl's Camp. The theme was "Just be Beautiful You" It was an AMAZING camp! My friend, Char was the camp director and her and her counselors did such a great job. We have a great group of Young Women and I love spending time with them.

Sunny Florida!

My trip to Florida this year went by way too fast :( But we had a blast while we were there. I went out with my cousins, took the kids to Shipwreck, swam in White Springs, and stayed in Panama at the beach for a couple of days with my family. I love going to Florida and having my kids do the things I did as a kid. I'm so grateful that I am able to do this every year! I am one lucky lady!
