Cowboys win the Super Bowl!

Landen has absolutely loved playing flag football this year. His team, the Cowboys had an amazing season. Landen did great for his first year of playing. He even made a touchdown! It was a lot of fun watching these boys. They won the Super Bowl at the end of the season so they were the Champs! Way to go Cowboys!

2013 Football Season

I have to say that this has been Peyton's best season as a Declo football player. He has improved so much. By the end of the season he was playing running back and working really hard at getting better at his game. It is always so much fun watching him grow and learn. We are already ready for next year!!

Fun with Family

I have been blessed in so many ways and one of the ways in which I am blessed is to have such an awesome family. I was so sad when I left Florida, and even though I LOVE Idaho, I just always have missed my family. But as of right now I have two brothers living either near me or with me :) I have a cousin who lives 20 minutes from me. And two cousins who are attending BYU-I. So we are lucky enough to get together often and have fun. Just this month we have: cheered Peyton on at his football  games, went to the Haunted Mansions, went through the haunted straw maze, played cops and robbers and have eaten tons of good food! It has been so nice having some of my family living so close to me. I am one lucky girl!

We quite frequently find Landen putting on Peyton's pads and helmet! He is playing flag football this year and cannot wait to play tackle like his brother!

1st Annual Wood Cutting

This day was like Christmas for Tyler. He had bought a chainsaw about a month ago and could not wait to try it out. We are excited about burning our newly cut wood this winter!

Summer Movie

Brielle and I decided to take our kids to see Despicable Me 2. It was a funny movie and we had the theater to ourselves!

Labor Day Fun

This Labor Day was quite eventful in the Silcock family. Jaman rigged up a homemade water slide at Justin and Julie's house for us to slide on. It was so much fun! The kids loved it and aside from minor injuries, there were no accidents!

Back to School!

Peyton- 5th grade, Landen-Kindergarten, Brynn- 2nd grade

The kids were ready and excited to start back to school. Landen is lucky enough to get his Aunt Cherise for a teacher this year. He was most excited about reading in school. Brynn's teacher, Mrs. Merrill, is taking a 3 month leave of absence so Mrs. Thomander is her teacher (she is Aunt Cherise's sister). She was super excited to have Mrs. Thomander. Peyton was excited for his teacher, Mrs. Matthews too. My kids are growing up way to fast! I have to say I had a hard time not tearing up when I dropped Landen off. I feel this gets harder and harder. Maybe I'll home school Mya....
