Animal Kingdom

This was the Mount Everest roller coaster that was Brynn's favorite

The second day of our vacation we decided to go to Animal Kingdom. Our first ride was the African Safari and we saw a lot of cool animals. There was a rhino that walked right up to our vehicle and it was a little scary, but it just walked on past us. They are so big!! And the hippos are humongous. The kids loved looking at all the animals. And then we rode different rides. Landen's favorite was the dinosaur ride and it was really scary, I thought he would have nightmares after that ride, but no, he loved it. And we also waited in line for like an hour and a half for the Mount Everest roller coaster. Landie couldn't ride on that one, but Brynn and Peyton did. It was a fast and crazy ride and at one point you start going backwards. It kind of made me sick, but Brynn said that was her favorite ride and on the third day she begged to go back to Animal Kingdom just so she could ride that ride. It was a good day, it was hot but there was a lot of shade. We saw a really cool Lion King show, the performers were amazing. I loved watching Brynn's face as she watched the dancers. She was just amazed. And the Bug's life was cool too. It was a good day. Hot, but there was a lot of shade. We were starting to wear down you could tell. But we still had Day 3 ahead of us!
