Soccer Time!

Little miss Brynnie has started soccer for the year. She has been having a lot of fun at practice and at the games. I missed her first game because I had a test in Twin, but I went last Saturday and took some pictures of her. She made a goal last Saturday and she made some the Saturday before too. She has really surprised me. I thought she would be timid and shy but she is pretty aggressive. I love watching my kids in sports! (and yes, her hair is still orange from the night before)

Homecoming Parade

Peyton and Brynn were both able to be in the homecoming parade. They were so excited to throw their candy and wave to everyone. Brynn rode on her dance float and Peyton was picked to be on the PTO float by his teacher. He ended up walking behind that float with his football team. Landen only wanted his hair painted orange and to get a lot of candy. Both his wishes came true!! We ate at the Little Classroom and then headed to the homecoming game! We beat Filler and had a great time at the game.

Peyton's Baptism

I was so full of different emotions the day Peyton was baptized. I was so happy that he had made this choice and that he was so excited to be baptized. I was also sad in a way, because I realized that he is not my little boy anymore. He has grown up so much in the last year and I have watched him mature and become such a great boy. He is kind and sweet and sensitive (watch out ladies!) He always gives me a hug and he still waves to me when I see him at school! He is nice to other people and treats his brother and sisters good (most of the time :) His baptism day was so great. We had lots of family and friends come and enjoy this day with us. Peyt was baptized with two other little girls, Bonnie and Laynie. Peyton goes to school with Laynie and he thought it was pretty cool to be baptized with her. When Cody and I took this picture we joked that it would be funny if they were to get married. :)

Miss Mya's Nine Months

Wow! Where has the time gone? Mya reached a lot of milestones this month and it seems like she tackled each one all within one week. I felt like she was growing up right before my eyes. She had two bottom teeth break through, she learned to crawl, and she began to pull herself up to a standing position while holding on to a chair, couch....whatever she can get her little hands on. She is quite the character and keeps us on our toes all the time. We heart her!!! ( I didn't any pictures taken of just her and this age, so I had to use a random one I found).

Landen's at it again!

This kid cannot stay away from my camera!

Labor Day Weekend

We had a ton of fun at the cabin with Ty's family over Labor day weekend. We mostly just hung out and went on a hike. Grandma and Grandpa kept the kids so that we could go on a 4-wheeler ride. It was a very enjoyable weekend!

First day of 3rd grade and Kindergarten

My kids were super excited to be starting school and were up really early to get ready for their first day. Brynn was just so excited to ride the bus with Peyton and Kylie. I met the bus at the school so that I could make sure Brynn knew where to go (since Peyton is a veteran and didn't need my help! :) I took her to her class and she walked right in and sat by her cousin Kevin and didn't look back. The house was a lot quieter without those two home and little Landie was sure missing them. They both had a great first day and are loving their class and their teachers!
