1st Day of School

 These look like mug shots

The kids have been counting down the days until school starts. They were super excited and didn't sleep well the night before. Landen and Mya didn't know what to do without their big brother and sister there to play with them all day. We sat outside and waited for the bus to come and they were so happy to see them get off that bus. Everyone had a great first day of school. Landen started preschool the week after and he has literally been marking down the days until he starts school on his calendar. He walked right in and didn't even blink when I left. He will do so well in preschool. I love my kiddos and I am so proud of them and their accomplishments!

Back-to-School Night

Peyton did NOT want his picture taken at his desk
Mrs. Hess, Peyton's fourth grade teacher
Brynn got to choose which desk she wanted to sit at and she wanted to sit in one at the front of the classroom. She is going to be a great 1st grader!
Brynn has been super excited to have Mrs. Mendenhall as her teacher...everyone has told her how nice she is.

Peyton's Nine!

I can't believe my little boy is NINE! I know that I will say this about each of my kids, every year but it is true. This year was a family birthday and Peyton wanted to go eat at a local Mexican restaurant that he loves and wanted to go see Diary of a Whimpy Kid. The movie was not playing at the theater anymore so we just went and ate. The kids played with his new aerosoft guns and we just hung out. Happy Birthday Peyt!

Gymnastics Camp

Brynn has been saying that she wants to try gymnastics instead of dance this year. I was really hesitant to take her out of dance but didn't want to have both activities to run her around too. So we decided to take a year off of dance and try gymnastics. I put her in a camp over the summer so that she could see if she would really like it or not. And of course she loved it. Her favorite event are the bars and she is pretty good at them. Her teachers wanted to put her in competitive class because she shows a lot of potential so we will see what the year brings!

Family Reunion

That's a scary picture!

We had our Larson Reunion this year in Cedar City. This reunion is every two years, so every time you you go there are always new little people to meet and see. We always look forward to this reunion. The kids had a blast. We went hiking, played horse shoes, played volleyball, competed in family feud, and a ton of other activities. Can't wait until 2014!
