After Peyton's t-ball game we headed up to the City of Rocks for our traditional easter egg hunt. It was cold and windy so we had just built a fire and decided to hurry and have our egg hunt before it started snowing or something. So we hid the eggs and the kids went to town. Brynn did very well and didn't need our help. She found quite a bit, and Grandma helped Landen. He didn't want to hold the basket, so Grandma held it for him and he searched for the eggs. When he found one, he would turn around and put it in the basket and keep hunting for more. I could tell he was really cold (hence, the runny nose). We left after the big egg hunt and ate our lunch at Grandma and Grandpa's house. It was really fun, the kids always love getting together with their cousins and playing, no matter what kind of weather we are having.

Peyton's First T-ball Game

Peyton's Coach

We had Peyton's first t-ball game last weekend. It was windy and cold (surprise, surprise), and he did really well. He hit really well, but still needs to learn how to play in the outfield. He has no concept of staying in his area. Wherever the ball was hit, that was where he was. He didn't realize he was being a ball hog, so that is something we have to work on. :)

Easter Activities

Peyton and Brynn were so fun this year. They would get so excited to do Easter activities this year. Peyton LOVED painting eggs. We first painted eggs at Kristen's and came home with a dozen eggs and then he wanted to do some more later that night.

Happy Birthday Kenna!

We had a little late-night party get together for Kenna. It was a lot of fun! Happy Birthday! (Thanks Robbie and Kenna for letting me steal your pics!)

I love WARM!

We have been fully enjoying the warm weather while it lasts. I have a feeling that this won't last for long. We have been enjoying the sunshine (our sunburns are proof) and can't wait for summer. The kids (especially Landen) love being outside and they don't even want to come in to eat, so we had lunch on the trampoline. We even played a back yard football game yesterday with some friends after conference! Warm weather, please be here to stay! (Please don't mind my kids dirty faces!)
